Your Requirements + Quotation
Please complete the client information form and return to email@example.com so I can get some more information about your design needs. This information, along with answers to additional questions, will be used to formulate a custom quotation. This will include prices for all discussed items and I will detail the inclusions and exclusions. Please make sure you carefully read and understand each aspect. If you have any questions, please be sure to get in touch.
Once you have accepted the quote, a non-refundable booking fee of 40% is required before design work is commenced. The balance of your account is to be paid before the final print.
You will need to provide text for each of the design items in a word document. Please make sure you check spelling/grammar before sending this information through.
Initial Design Concept
I will email through a digital proof of the initial design of your item(s) for checking/feedback. A standard quote will include three (3) rounds of edits so please offer your comments and feedback. A hardcopy sample (excluding special finishes) can be provided on request for the final check before we proceed to the print and production stage. Sample pricing starts at $30 to cover the printer setup and printing fees. Additional printed samples and edits will be charged accordingly. The duration of the design stage will depend on the speed of the information provided, your response time to the design as well as the complexity of changes.
After all of the edits are complete you will be sent a final PDF proof for print approval. It is important that you carefully proofread each and every item. Once your approval is received, Senna Jean Designs is no longer responsible for formatting and/or typographical errors in the finished product. All errors, including format, layout, spelling and punctuation are the sole responsibility of the client without exception. Reprinting of your stationery due to errors after this point incurs 100% of the reprinting, reproduction and labor costs.
Print and Production
Approved artwork will be prepared for print and the remaining balance of your account will need to be finalized. The production times can vary depending on the printing method and finishes required. Please allow 1-3 weeks for printing and finishing.
Your items will be sent via Australia post or a Courier company with tracking. All items will be carefully packaged to ensure the safety of your goods. Please note the cost of postage will be added to the final invoice
